What is Elder Law, and how we can help?

The term elder law is the idea that a person who cannot physically and mentally take care of themselves are appointed a legal guardian.  Elder law is broken down into three separate categories;  estate planning, medicaid, and guardianship.  This law was established to help the older and aging people to be taken care of properly. Prior to this, the senior and elder community were not receiving the proper and ideal medical assistance that they needed.

There are many people out there who have taken on that role of conservatorship for another person, whether related or not, and sometimes a challenge of giving them the full attention that they deserve can become a problem.  For this reason, and various others, A-1 Home Care has been providing the personal assistance for seniors and elderly in the comfort of their very own household for more than 20 years.  We know that taking care of someone full-time is no easy task, so we are here to help with that.  Our professional caregivers can be at your home the very same day that you call.  The caregivers can either work hourly or live-in, which ever is the most convenient.  Some of the fantastic services that we offer, but are not limited to, are In-Home Care, companion services, after surgery care, short-term care, special needs care, arthritis care, diabetic care, and cancer care.
