The Loya Sisters have been clients of A-1 Home Care since 2011. Both sisters were in need of home care and were looking for care providers that would be able to keep up with their elderly care needs and the household chores such as personal care assistance, meal preparation and everyday in-home care chore maintenance. The care required live-in assistance every day of the week.
Throughout the years, our clients have been able to get the consistency that they wanted. Each caregiver that entered their home was ready and willing to work and take on the sometimes challenging task of providing service to two clients in the same household. But it was up until something clicked into place. Elvira Bernard came on board as the reliever to Patty Martinez. Eva provided the dynamic elder care provider to both client. The family has complimented Elvira for her compassion and hard work. They have been praised for how she is able to handle both parties and praised her for how she has managed to keep the home spotless.
